Behind the Scenes with Lipstick Jungle
When Lipstick Jungle aired last season, I was prepared to hate it. But it won me over better than it’s counterpart, Cashmere Mafia, did. After a few episodes, week after week, I found myself anticipating what happens next to Wendy, Nico and Victory.
It’s not the best TV show out there right now. But if you need a girl friend fix, a girl friend boost, I say, try watching Lipstick Jungle.
Because it was cut short by the strike last year, one couldn’t evaluate the series based on a few episodes. The real test to whether or not Lipstick Jungle has chances of longevity in this fleeting TV world begins next week, Sept 24th, when the series premieres their second season on NBC.
