Girl Power TV

Minnie Driver posted a photo of her new baby on her MySpace account yesterday. The actress has given birth to Henry in early September but has always refused to divulge the identity of the father.

Seems she’s enjoying her role as a new mother and has been seen shopping for baby items in LA where she currently resides. The baby is definitely a cute bundle. It will make it harder for any mother to return to work with a tiny adorable person waiting at home for her. Fortunately though, Minnie has all the time in the world now that her TV series has been cancelled.

The Riches, which was supposed to run its 3rd season and stars the actress and Eddie Izzard as con-artists, has not been renewed by FX, the cable channel running it. Now I’ve only seen season one and from what little I saw, the series was actually brilliant. It’s too bad it’s off the air now.

But from the looks of it, I don’t think Minnie will miss it all that much.
