Alyssa Milano’s Single With Parents is a No Go
I don’t expect a lot from Alyssa Milano’s new comedy series. But I also did not expect ABC would pull its plug even before the show went on air.
According to THR, Single With Parents, which stars Alyssa playing a 30-something single woman with a dysfunctional extended family, is now not going to air this midseason. While the show was ordered to pilot last August, several problems in production delayed it. The most recent one is the disagreement between creater Kristin Newman and the rest of the staff.
The news said, that the network couldn’t do anything about disagreements and so has decided to just kill the show right there.

I’m not sure which is worse for an actor — a series only lasting a few episodes, or never making it on at all. I suppose in this case it sounds like it was internal battles rather than the show stinking, so maybe this is better for Alyssa’s rep!
