SNL Adds Two Women

Published by Rachel at 1:02 pm under Primetime Comedy Edit This

With Amy Poehler going on maternity leave and consequently moving on to her brand new series, Saturday Night Live has Kristin Wiig as its remaining senior female cast member. The show is due to recruit new female blood. And they have indeed found, not just one, but two talented ladies to join the show.

Michaela Watkins and Abby Elliott are apparently it’s two new additions.

Michaela is a familiar face to anyone watching The New Adventures of Old Christin and she is trained with The Groundlings, the same group where Lisa Kudrow also honed her comedic chops. What do you think of their talents?
