Hilary Duff To Star In A New NBC Series
Former Disney princess, Hilary Duff, who was the star behind the Teen hit series, Lizzie McGuire back in the early 2000’s, will soon be starring in a primetime series currently being developed for NBC. The actress has just signed a “talent and development deal” with the peacock network.
While there details to her new series aren’t even mapped out yet, for now, the actress will be very much visible on several of NBC’s shows.
This is perhaps an attempt of the network to raise its failing viewership. But I’m not quite sure how Hilary equates into the mix considering the actress’ star power has lost its luster. Let’s face it, she is not as hot as she was two years ago. Then again, she still has a lot of potential. Not a lot of people have watched her amazing performance on War, Inc. I’m hoping they put her in an edgy television show. I still have images of Lizzie Maguire when I look at her, so that should be in their agenda - shred that girly image off.

I used to like her kinda but now I’ve seemingly grown out of it.
