Heather Locklear Coming Back to Melrose Place?

Heather Locklear Is Amanda Woodward, aka Heather Locklear, setting afoot Melrose Place again?

E! is reporting that the actress is being wooed by The CW, which is set to revive the 90’s drama series next season.  Casting and auditions have already began and before the holidays, Mark Schwahn (writer of One Tree Hill) has been listed as the show’s main scribe.

Representatives of Locklear have said there is no such offer yet. But I think her people are slowly working on her comeback bid. The recent case dismissal of her DUI arrest last September is a start. Amanda Woodward, aka Heather Locklear, is being groomed to return.

The character has been one of its most formidable people on the show, most recognized for her bitchy, conniving behavior. I’m getting chills just picturing her back.

    I used to watch that show all the time. It was a ritual and I would love to see her back.
