Are You Liking Kara DioGuardi on American Idol So Far?
I only caught a few minutes of American Idol last night but I think I got to the best part where this bikini-clad lady went to try at the auditions (and got in! What was that about?). But that’s not who I wanna talk about today. I wanna set my sights on the new judge, the one people say is Simon Cowell’s match — Kara DioGuardi.
Since I didn’t see much of her then, the only thing that marked on my mind as I was watching her was that she had a pretty spectacular voice. When she sang a few notes from that piece the bikini-clad lady sang, she did better. I knew she wrote songs. But she sings good enough to do an album herself.
What do you think of her? Was she quite the meanie last night or was she another Paula Abdul?
HA! I just wrote something similar about this as well. I like her so far. I had actually never heard of her before, but it seems as she has the right credentials to be a great judge, and wow can she belt out some tunes. I think she’ll make an interesting addition to the show.
